Retrieves a list of all standalone QNI hosts that can be added to a stack. (Not all QNI appliance types are stackable.)

Response Description
- host_id - Long - The ID of the QNI host.
- host_ip - List<Host> - The IP address of the QNI host.
- primary - Boolean - A flag that indicates that the QNI host is the primary host. The flag is always false for standalone hosts.
